Fuck that. I've worked in enough restaurants in enough different places to tell you that you're lucky, MOST of the time, to get a guy waiter. Want to know why? Because as males, we have to work MUCH harder to get livable tips. You want to go somewhere and stare at and get flirted with? Go to a strip club. I promise you, PROMISE you, that your SERVICE and food order will CONSISTENTLY be better, quicker, and better followed up on by a male server. Why? Because we have to. A server or bartender with DD ? Great, doesn't have to work hard to make a great amount of money. Good for her. But she knows she's hot just like you do, and most likely, she could give a flying fuck if your steak is cooked wrong, any of your food is cold, or if your drink has been empty for 30 minutes. Why? Because you're a fucking sap and you'll tip 20% because she winked at you.

Fuck all that and your senseless rhetoric. The price of my meal includes the food and the employee that brings the shit to the table. The tip that I provide is based on my experience. I don't give a fuck if a male waiter tap dances the food to my table or does the hippy hippy shake with my cocktails. I simply have a preference for a female waiter and I prefer her to be attractive and friendly. Don't try to get all racial and say some stupid ass shit like how would you feel if your waiter refuses to serve a table because they are black or hispanic or whatever. Having a preference to be waited on by a chick is no difference then having a preference to have a male cut your hair or having a male family physician or a female OBGYN. I am sure a lot of you have babysitters for your kids right? Well what sex are they? I am sure some of you have house cleaners well what sex are they? Some of us fell more comfortable having a female babysitter over a male even though in the event of an emergency the male would be more useful to fend of a burglar or have to pick up and carry our kids to safety or something. I don't know about you but I feel a lot more comfortable seeing the two ladies clean my house and handling my personal shit then I would having some dude touching my clothes and making my bed.

When it comes to personal service there are things I want men doing for me like being my doctor, cutting my hair, butchering my meat, fish and deli or selling me a car. Just like I don't want a male steward, a male waiter, a male babysitter, a male housekeeper, or a massage from a dude. If you happen to be a dude and have a gay ass job like host, waiter, steward or concierge and you resent that the females in your industry get comped or paid better and your not as respected amongst your customers because you are a male then tough shit. Now you know what females feel like when they have to work in a male dominated office setting.

Hey dumb fuck. Women in office settings do work for a wage. Regardless if it is hourly, salary or commissioned base. I guess you never heard of woman getting handed the shitty accounts or a male client giving a female rep a tougher time (common practice when dealing with Asian companies).

Women that work in an environment that earns them tips it is pretty common to schedule your most popular, friendliest and hottest looking staff during the busiest times were a group of men will show up like Friday and Saturday nights and happy hour. You let the fat bitches serve the Sunday brunches or weekday lunch hours. Just like in a strip joint the old bitch with the half dozen kids can work the day shift and you toss them a Tuesday night or two. You schedule the best bitches in your stable for the Thursday-Saturday nights.

Then if you have the preference to have a female server, then you inform the host that you wish to be seated in a female's section. If one's not available immediately, wait. Why the hell should the male server be punished because you didn't make your preference known to the staff. And in some weird, childish revenge, you are refusing to tip them for providing you a service even if the service was great.

And why must I know what females feel like in an office setting? Why take that out on any male server? It's not their god damn fault that women in a corporate environment may not get compensated enough. It is not your place to hand out life lessons to the wait staff that are taking care of your needs.

And you're making no god damn sense, for the record. The price of the meal includes the employee bringing it to you? Do you have the slightest idea how the service industry works? The margins are razor thin you inconsiderate ass. Restaurants make FUCK ALL on food. It's all about beverages and alcohol. But if the price of the meal does include the wage for the employee, why tip the female server? For her and ass? You've all ready made it clear that you don't tip based on the experience or service so why not just tip a random, hot female server in the restaurant? If you're just tipping on T&A, which you've stated you do, just tip the hottest one in the restaurant.
